250 g fine cream cheese.
2 tablespoons butter.
1 medium spring onion, finely chopped.
1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika.

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped spring onion and ground sweet paprika. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
