8 x 35 g bush tomatoes ( 56 kcal)
2 TS table spoon of olive oil 20 ml ( 164 kcal)
1 ts of balsamic vinegar
Basal leaves
Salt and ground pepper for seasoning
Preparation
We cut mozzarella and tomatoes to slices and put them to the plate. We add fresh basal leaves(or dried one if we do not have fresh leaves, but fresh leaves are the best) and
we taste salade with salt and black pepper. Finnally, we add olive oil as dresing and a little of balsamic vinegar. You can eat salad itself or with wholegrain bun.
