Delicious Pork Steak in butter soya sauce
Ingredients
6 cubes of butter (60 g)
6 TS soya sauce (60ml)
1 bunch green onions, chopped (140g)
2 cloves garlic, minced (8g-14g)
6 pork butt steaks (1500g)
eventually bell pepper, red onion
Serve with potatoes, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber
salt and ground pepper for seasoning
Preparation and tips
Tip: You can dip your steaks in seasoned flour before putting in pan. It gives the steaks a nice silky texture and thickens the butter just a tiny bit. If you don’t have green onion you can use ½ large sweet onion instead.
1) Gather your ingredients you need. Chop the onion and garlic.
2) In a pan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in soy sauce. Add chopped green onions and garlic. You can even add chopped bell pepper if you wish and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
3) Place pork steaks in a pan. Cover and cook until browned, 8 to 10 minutes per side. Remove the lid and continue cooking until about 10 minutes. Eventually you can use oven pan with lid and cook steak in sauce on each side for 10-15 min, and then at the end with open pan.
4) I hope this is excellent inspiration for healthy lunch or dinner. More recipes you can find in our MEAL PLAN or later in our Healthy Weight Loss Club..In case you need to add calories, you can add potatoes for lunch and for dinner you can use only vegetable or salad.
5) Enjoy!
