GREEK SALAD
Ingredients
½ red onion
2 table spoons of wine vinegar
6 TS table spoons of olive oil ( 60 ml / 486 kCal/ 2033 kJ)
10 small tomatos (eventually cherry tomatoes)
sugar
cucumber
yellow bell pepper
oregano
150 g FETA cheese
olives -black or green , what you like or have
Preparation

Cut onion and pour it with 6 TS of olive oil and wine vinegar and let it cool in fridge.

Tomatoes (Cherry) should be a little sweeter and if not, please make it sweeter by sugar.

Cut cucumber on bigger cubes and cool it.

Mix together onion in oil and vinegar, cucumber slices or cubes, tomatoes and pour with 3 TS of oil a 1 TS of vinegar. Add fetta cheese cut on cubes and let salad work for a while in the fridge. Finally you can add olives and adjust taste by salt and pepper, and oregano. Finally you would get beatiful and tasty salad full of tastes and colors . Enjoy.

This tasteful salad is really suitable as light dinner together with 1 wholegrain bun.
There are a lot of vitamins.
You can set your needed calory income as needed by decreasing number of whole grain buns and decreasing amount of eaten salad and mostly amount of fetta cheese in portion.
In your calculation please do not forget of calories of olive oil ( 60 ml / 486 kCal/ 2033 KJ) which is not in tables below.
For calory calculation calculate separately salad, divide it by number of portions, and add calories of 1-2 wholegrain bun, kaiser, half of whoegrain baguette ...
